100 Squat Challenge

Squats are by far one of my favorite exercises. And today, that’s all we are doing. We are doing 100 squats! We will go through 10 different squat variations, and do 10 reps of each one. Add weight for the extra challenge if you feel ready for that. And as always, pay attention to form!
