We made it to day 12! Merry Christmas Eve to those of you who celebrate. If you do not celebrate Christmas, Happy 24th of December and Happy 12 days of fitness! I can’t let you end on an easy workout though, can I? I can’t – so this is your “holiday sweatfest”! The title of this video matches the workout perfectly because you will sweat! This is a beat your time HIIT workout. So, you will do the 5 exercises I give you in order and time yourself. Once you finish all 5 exercises – I want you to stop your time, and make a note of that time. Then after a 1-2 minute rest you are going again, and I want you to beat your time. Do this up to 3 times, moving faster each time. You will be surprised how you can shed up to 30 seconds off your time just by taking away a little bit of rest here and there. PUSH YOURSELVES. That is the only way you are going to change.

50 Up & Over Abs
25 Burpee into High Pull
