Day 3: Holiday Booty Workout #12daysoffitness

Welcome to DAY 3 of your 12 Days of Fitness. Today we are working your butt. This is a challenging glute workout, and you will probably be sore tomorrow.. BUT you will thank me later when your booty is feeling nice and firm. ┬áThese exercise will help lift your butt – it won’t necessarily make it bigger or smaller. This workout is meant to tone the butt. Pair this workout with a clean diet and cardio (like day 1 of the 12 days of fitness) for the best results!
