It is time for Day 9 of the #25DaysofMFit!
I know your body is feeling sore after the past 8 days of working out. But don’t let that slow you down! Make sure you are stretching everyday and fueling your muscles with your pre- and post-workout nutrition. If you are looking for a little help in that last category, I got you covered. BPI is giving you MFitters 20% off of your entire online purchase if you use the code MOLLYMC at checkout. BPI is a brand I stand by… I would never even bring up the discount if I didn’t like their products.
I personally drink BPI Best BCCA’s everyday. And while filming these workouts those BCAA’s came in clutch! In case you are wondering what BCAA’s are, they are a powdered supplement that you can blend with water. They help promote blood flow to the muscles and aid the process of protein synthesis. This will help your muscles grow, be less sore, and get less fatigued. All of those things will promote weight loss! I highly recommend BCAA’s to all of my MFit viewers, especially if you are pushing through this 25 Day Challenge with me!
But, let’s talk about the workout today! For this workout we will be doing another Tabata. Similar to last week, you will do three standard, 4-minute Tabata’s. Each Tabata will challenge your muscles and cardiovascular system (if you are working hard enough). Remember a Tabata is meant to be a very high and intense form of cardio… so I need you all pushing your body to it’s MAX over the next 14-minutes.
If you prefer to print out the workout and do it on your own time, here are the exercises:
(4-Minutes) Tabata #1: Dumbbell Snatch (Right) + Burpee
(1-Minute) Rest: Keep moving your feet
(4-Minutes) Tabata #2: Dumbbell Snatch (Left) + 3 Jumping Lunges – Front Kick
(1-Minute) Rest: Again, keep moving a little bit
(4-Minutes) Tabata #3: Squat and press + Tuck Jumps
* Remember each Tabata is 20-seconds of work followed by 10-seconds of rest, 8 times, for a total of 4-minutes
Be sure to SHARE this workouts with your friends and give everyone the gift of health this year.
