Today I have yet another resistance band workout to share with you, but this one is a little different. The kind people over at Herbands sent me a set of their cloth bands to test in a workout. So today, we will tackle a cloth resistance band booty workout!
Typically I do not use cloth bands. They are great and all, but they do not have the flexibility I need them to have in order to do some of the crazy exercises I include in my MFit workouts! However, these cloth bands from Herbands are fantastic for booty workouts!
These bands are tough. They are heavy and do not have much give. Those are great features to have in a booty band. I felt this workout SO much and have been using my Herbands a lot in my leg workouts since filming the video below.
However, I again want to note that if you plan on doing any of my other mini band workouts, like the one’s in my 2-Week Mini Band Sculpt Plan or 2-Week Mini Band Cardio Plan, you will need to use rubber resistance bands! As great as these cloth bands are, they simply will not be flexible enough to do the exercises in those 2-week plans.
