Follow Along Mini Band Workout

I am back with another killer total body workout. This follow along mini band workout is filled with creative new exercises that will tone and shape your whole body!

Being without a gym this year has forced me to be creative with my workouts, and I couldn’t be happier about that. This forced creativity has allowed me to create some really unique exercises, especially with mini bands! I am excited to share some of those new, creative exercises with you today in this follow along mini band workout!

This workout will give you a little taste of what you can expect from my 2-Week Mini Band Sculpt Plan and my 2-Week Mini Band Cardio Plan. I can’t give away all of my secrets in this one, short workout video. However, I do give away a lot of my fitness secrets in the 2-week plans!
