Training your back will help improve your posture, protect your spine and make you look good. Basically, it’s really important. Today I am going to share with you my top 5 back exercises to do during home workouts.
The upper back is one of my favorite areas to train. I am constantly thinking of new back exercises to switch up my routine and challenge those muscles. I utilize different equipment to get the most effective workout. When I workout at home, I use dumbbells and resistance bands to train the upper back. Today we will go over my favorite exercises to do during at-home back workouts.
Working out at home is convenient and cost effective. I would like the crown myself the queen of at home workouts. I’ve been creating home workouts on the MFit YouTube channel since 2014. I have also designed several 2-week, 4-week and 8-week home workout plans.
