I know, I know… you have a lot on your plate and it’s hard to fit a workout into your busy schedule. Well, today I only need a short amount of time for this 10-minute mini band arm workout.
In this workout, we will go through a complete upper body sculpting routine. We will work the shoulders, back, biceps, triceps, chest… literally everything!
I was worried this workout would not be challenging enough for my strong MFit family. However, my arms were on fire just 5 minutes into filming this! So, get ready for some serious muscle burn.
If you don’t have mini bands, no worries! You can purchase some in the MFit Amazon store. You can also perform all of these exercises without resistance. Just focus on really feeling the correct muscles!

Try the 10-minute mini band arm workout!
Do each exercise for 50 seconds, rest for 10 seconds, and move onto the next (10-minutes)
1. Bicep curl
2. Bicep curl to shoulder press
3. Shoulder press with abduction
4. Bent side raise
5. Windshield
6. Lat pull down
7. Single arm row (right)
8. Single arm row (left)
9. Straight arm tricep push
10. Side to side push-up
