40-Minute HIIT & Tone: Arm Blast

Here’s another HIIT & Tone workout. In this workout we will combine fat burn Tabata HIIT with a muscle building strength circuit. This particular circuit will really attack your upper body. But don’t worry, the rest of your body will get attention with those brutal HIIT intervals.

As always, take modifications when necessary – this is your workout, so you should go at your fitness level.

Equipment needed: one set of dumbbells
