Get ready to feel the burn! This workout may be short, but don’t let that fool you. It is challenging!
This dumbbell only workout is going to help you tone and shape your arms. This video will focus specifically on the chest, triceps and shoulders. All you need is a light set of dumbbell and 15-minutes. Please share the workout with your friends!
