10-Minute Abs Workout #25DaysofMFit

It is Day 5 of the #25DaysofMFit! I am super excited to share this 10-minute abs workout with you! It is one of my favorite videos of this year’s challenge!

This ab routine is killer. It will only take 10-minutes and by the end your core muscles will be of fire! We are going to work the waist from all angles today to help you sculpt amazing abs.

5. Bird-Dog, right
6. Bird-Dog, left
7. Double Knee Pull
8. Tabletop Hold
9. Bicycle Crunch
10. Double Crunch
