Day 6: Strong Back Workout #12daysoffitness

Half way through the 12 days of fitness already! This is your day 6 workout and today we are working on your BACK. I think that a nice sculpted, strong back is so sexy.. so today we are going to work on getting you one. ┬áThis will work your entire back starting from the back of your shoulders all the way down to your lower back! I use a pair of dumbbells for this workout, but if you don’t have any equipment or are a beginner – you can do this workout without weights!
