Bridal Bootcamp: Back Workout

PART 4  of “Bridal Bootcamp” is here. And this time it’s all about the back. Lately, I’ve been obsessed with working my back because I think backs can be so sexy if toned the right way. So, I gave you a good variety of exercises here. As always start out lifting a little bit lighter, you can always go heavier if the weight you choose is too easy. If you don’t have dumbbells grab something around your house that will provide a little bit of extra resistance. You honestly don’t even need to use resistance if you don’t feel ready – resisting against your own muscle will still be challenging!
