15-Minute HIIT Ladder #25DaysofMFit

Welcome to Day 1 of the #25DaysofMFit! Today we are doing a 15-minute HIIT ladder!

Over the next 25 days I am going to post 25 short and effective workout videos on this blog. All of these workouts will be under 20 minutes. I know how busy everyone is this time of year, but I also know that everyone has 20 minutes to workout. This challenge will keep you moving and keep you fit over the holiday season.

During this challenge, we will do everything from strength training to yoga to HIIT. Today we are doing a HIIT workout.

This 15-minute workout will help boost your metabolism and burn fat! Feel free to modify the exercises as needed, just keep moving!

Follow along with the 15-minute HIIT ladder:

Do four rounds of the following circuit with 15 seconds of rest in between rounds.
First round: 60 seconds per exercise
Second round: 45 seconds per exercise
Third round: 30 seconds per exercise
Fourth round: 15 seconds per exercise

No rest between exercises.
1. Rainbows
2. Lunge Kick – Jump Lunge
3. Squat Jack Reaches
4. Twisting Elbow Reaches
