Ballet Body Workout

The long, lean, and strong muscles of a ballerina are something many people wish to have. Today I have a workout routine that takes elements of ballet and fuses them with some MFit classic exercises to make a killer total body workout. My inner things were incredibly sore after filming this workout, so get ready!

Take modifications if you need to! This workout is meant to help you, not hurt you!
