Hey MFit Family! It is Tuesday, which means I have a new workout video for you! Today we are doing a mini band booty sculpting workout. This 12-minute routine will help shape your back side. You can do this workout anywhere, so no excuses! Grab one heavy mini band and let’s do it!
If you do not have mini bands, you can pick some up in the MFit Amazon store. I have all of my favorite (and most affordable) brands on there, so take a look! I have listed several brands so that you have plenty of choices!
