I am back with another joint-friendly, quick and effective HIIT workout. I know how much you all love when I post a low impact HIIT workout, so I thought I would give you one today!
We all have busy lives that take us everywhere around the world. I know that each of you reading this post have different work schedules, varying family lives, and experience different aches and pains.

The workout below is just 10-minutes, but it will get your heart pumping. There is no jumping involved in the workout, so you don’t have to worry about making too much noise at home or messing up your knees.
Try the low impact HIIT workout:
Do 2 sets of the following circuit.
Do each exercise for 30-seconds and rest for 10-seconds between exercises.
