If you are looking for a short and effective workout, this 5-minute mini band routine is for you!
I have created quite a few mini band workouts before. I’ve even created several workout plans that use mini resistance bands. However, I have never created a 5-minute mini band workout… until today!
If you do not have a lot of time to workout, or you just don’t want to spend a lot of time working out, I think you’ll like this workout video.
Each exercise in this workout challenges the total body. If you only have 5-minutes to exercise, you have to make the most of it, right? So I’ve made sure each movement gets the upper and lower body working. Your core muscles will be active the whole time as well!
You will need mini resistance bands for this workout. If you do not have mini bands at home, I’ve linked some of my favorite brands in this Amazon list!

Do each exercise for roughly 30 seconds. Here are the exercises:
1. Side to Side Steps with arms in a Bicep Curl
2. Hips Back Band Pull
3. Squat to Lat Pull Down
4. Elbow Push
5. Flat Back Elbow Push
6. Diagonal Reaches with Chest Press (right leg)
7. Same movement (left leg)
7. Shoulder Press to Abduction
8. Shoulder Press with Calf Raise
