Happy Day 22 of the #25DaysofMFit!
Today is your final active rest day, and we will be doing a yoga flow routine. This routine does contain some advanced yoga workout. If something feels a bit too advanced take childs pose or listen to my cues on how to simplify the poses.
In this yoga flow we will be constantly moving. This may be a different style of yoga for some of you. This is closer to the style of yoga that I teach in Los Angeles. This practice blends strength training with an endurance building yoga flow. This style of yoga is great for weight loss because it keeps you moving, and toning, and stretching. This will still feel meditative and relaxing. It will just be a little funkier and we will work at a faster pace.
