Today we are trying something new… creatine. There is a lot of hype surrounding this supplement, and I wanted to see what it’s all about. Creatine is a supplement that is meant to help increase power and strength in your workouts. When you can lift heavier and sprint faster, obviously you will reach your goals faster. A killer workout can help you increase your strength, lose body fat, increase lean muscle mass, and so on.
