Rainy Day Cardio Workout

Happy Spring! I know that in the spring time a lot of people like to do their cardio outside. But, some days the rain is coming down too hard for that to happen… this workout is for those days. This ladder HIIT is short and effective. So you can do this killer workout and still have time to enjoy a relaxing day in listening to the rain.

Take modifications if you need to! This workout is meant to help you, not hurt you!
