It is Day 23 of the #25DaysofMFit, and today I have a yoga sculpt workout for you. This workout will be very different than the vinyasa yoga I had you do on Day 15 of the challenge.
This yoga sculpt routine will feel like a total body workout with some stretches mixed in. I know you will all love this video, so have fun with it! The reason I love this yoga sculpt workout is because it challenges your muscles in a different way. Today we will exhaust one muscle group, stretch it out, and then do the same with another part of the body!
