Apartment Friendly HIIT #25DaysofMFit

Happy Day 22 of the #25DaysofMFit. I cannot believe we are almost done with this workout challenge! Head over to my Instagram and comment on my latest post what your favorite workout has been so far! I have loved them all, but I have to say today’s apartment friendly HIIT cardio routine was a fun one to film.

I tried to get creative with the exercises in today’s workout, so a lot of the movements will be new to my MFit subscribers. Although this workout is short (just 12-minutes) it will get your heart pumping and make your abs burn!

Do 2 sets of each exercise.
30 seconds on – 10 seconds off.

Butt Kick Row
Squat to Squat Jump
Side Shuffle Jacks
Jumping Twist
Standing Criss-Cross
Inner Thigh Jump

Do 1 set of each exercise
No rest.

Half Burpee (10 reps)
Down Dog to Plank (5 reps)
Plank Leg Taps (10 reps)
Cross Climbers (10 reps)
