No Equipment Leg Workout

This year, we have all been forced to workout from home. Some people were prepared for that and had a full home gym set up. Most people were not prepared. However, I am here to show you that even without fancy gym equipment, you can still get an amazing workout. Don’t believe me yet? Try this no equipment leg workout!

This 15-minute leg workout does not require any fancy equipment! All you will need to complete this workout video is your body and a little bit of energy. This workout will tone and shape your legs through circuit training. I love doing quick circuits like the one in this video, and today you will see why.

Quick workouts like this are energizing, good for fat loss, and make your muscles feel good (and bad at the same time)!

Now, let’s workout!

Do 1 set of the following circuit:
Squat (15 reps)
Squat Pulses (15 reps)
Push Knees Out (15 reps)

Do all exercises on one leg before switching:
Back Lunge to Sumo (10 reps)
Knee Drives (15 reps)
Donkey Kicks (20 reps)

Do 1 set of the following:
Sumo Squat (10 reps)
Pulsing Sumo Reaches, R/L/Both (15/15/15 reps)

Do all exercises on one leg before switching:
Back Lunge to Curtsy to Crunch (10 reps)
Side Leg Lifts (10 reps)
Balancing Side Kicks (15 reps)
