St Patrick’s Day Cardio Workout

Happy St. Patrick’s Day MFit Family! Five years ago, I posted a 20-minute St Patrick’s Day cardio workout on the MFit YouTube channel… and today, we are doing it again! An updated version that is.

This is a brand new 12-minute St Patrick’s Day cardio workout that you can do at home before all of your holiday festivities. You do not need any equipment for this workout, so you can literally do it anywhere.
