8-Minute HIIT Workout #25DaysofMFit

It is Day 25 of the #25DaysofMFit! I cannot believe this year’s challenge is over. Remember, although the challenge is done, you can repeat it anytime you like! Whenever your schedule gets a bit overwhelming, come back to this challenge to get a daily dose of quick fitness. We are doing an 8-minute HIIT workout for the final day of the #25DaysofMFit.

I put off filming these video until the last second because I knew it would be so hard. I was dreading this workout! However, I did it and now you can too. You are going to sweat a lot though. This workout is only 8-minutes, but it is intense!

Try the 8-minute HIIT workout below.

Do 40 seconds of exercise A. Rest for 10 seconds. Do 20 seconds of exercise B. Rest for 10 seconds. Repeat 2x.

1B. High Knees

2A. Squat Single Arm Leaning Press
2B. Star Jump
