I know I post a lot of advanced workouts.. but this one is for you beginners! This HIIT requires no jumping at all. If you are just starting to workout – you should work on strengthening your muscles and slowly building your endurance before throwing yourself into very demanding high impact exercises. This workout is a perfect way to ease yourself into HIIT.
If you are more advanced — this is still a great low impact cardio workout for you. And you can always pair this with another video for a longer workout. If you do that, I recommend doing this one first to get your blood flowing!
