This 5-minute cardio workout will get your heart pumping. If you don’t have a lot of time to workout, this is the video for you.
I’ve been posting 5-minute workouts on my Instagram page for a while now, and I have to say, I love these quick routines. They are perfect for “lazy days” where working out for much longer than 5-minutes seems impossible. The videos are also quite energizing. So, once you do one 5-minute workout, you’ll want to do more!
I personally like to do several 5-minute videos back to back. All of my 5-minute workouts are challenging. So, putting 3-4 of them together in a workout actually makes for an incredibly difficult 20 minutes.
Don’t be fooled by the time stamp. While this is a 5-minute workout, it is not easy. This workout left me breathless, and I was sweating within minutes!
The best part about this workout video is that it is low impact. That means, your joints and your downstairs neighbors will like this workout too!
