Follow Along Cardio (No Jump)

Welcome back to Day 21 of the #25DaysofMFit. There are only five days left of this workout challenge! I can’t believe it! Today we are doing a follow along cardio routine.

As I said, today we are doing a follow along cardio routine. This workout is also completely low impact, so no jumping! You don’t have to worry about bothering your neighbors or your joints today.
