Stretch For Lower Back Pain

Welcome back to Day 12 of the #25DaysofMFit. We have are nearly two weeks in to this holiday workout challenge. If you are new here, I’ve been posting workouts everyday for the past 11 days. If you have been following along with the #25DaysofMFit challenge, I am sure you are feeling a little sore after 11 workouts. This is your well-deserved rest day!

This 10-minute stretch routine will help release tension in the back and hips. If you experience lower back pain, this video will help!

Hold each stretch for approximately 30 seconds:
Long Body Stretch
Gentle Twist (right and left)
Happy Baby (with pillow support)
Right Leg Half Baby (with pillow support)
Right Leg Twist
Happy Baby (with pillow support)
Left Leg Half Baby (with pillow support)
Left Leg Twist
Hug Knees (with pillow support)
* Optional, Feet Over Head
Butterfly
Half Butterfly Reach (right and left)
Cobra
