This is truly the best at-home shoulder workout because it will help you build major muscle without needing to use the heaviest of weights. We will do circuits, MYO sets, drop sets, and more. You may not know what those terms mean, and that’s okay. Just know that we will use them to change up the pace of the workout to keep your muscles confused.

Walk Down to Down Dog (5 reps)
Walk Down to Down Dog to Push-up (5 reps)
Down Dog Push-up (10 reps)
Wall Arm Circles (10 reps)
Do 3 MYO Sets (only 10 seconds rest between sets):
Overhead Press (15 reps)
Do 2 Drop Sets (drop weight half way through):
Side Raise (10 reps – 10 reps)
Do 1 Set:
Y Press (15 reps)
Curl Press (15 reps)
