I am back with another mini band workout! Mini resistance bands are by far my favorite piece of workout equipment to use at home, on the go or at the gym. These seemingly unthreatening small bands can make your muscle burn in such an intense way. You will feel the burn in this back & arms workout.
You do need to know how to use the bands to get the best results though. In today’s workout, I’ll show you how to get those results! I am going to take you through some of the best exercises you can do with these bands for your arms and back. If you don’t have bands, buy some off of my Amazon Store, I promise you won’t regret it.
