Alright you guys asked for a longer cardio workout – and this one hopefully won’t disappoint! This is a 25 minute HIIT ladder. 7 exercises. 20 seconds of rest in between rounds. It’s a doozy – I was dead afterwards and I hope this is the challenge you’ve all been looking for!
Make sure your body is up for the challenge though — if you have any type of injury or heart condition, I want you to build up to this one. There is A LOT of jumping in this workout. You can of course take out the jumping if you need to, but I want you all to stay safe!
