Day 10 of your 12 days of fitness is a leg workout! Try this video 3-4 times in a row. This is a circuit workout, so the first circuit is where you are mostly just getting used to the exercises. I want you to push your legs more by doing multiple rounds to really build up that leg strength! I did not use any equipment for this workout, but if you want an extra challenge, you can go ahead and add a little bit of weight with some dumbbells, a kettlebell, medicine ball, etc!
