“Jean Booty” Workout

New Tuesday Workout! This one is focused on your BUTT. It’s fall now, but cooler weather doesn’t have to mean covering up the body you worked for all summer. I want to help get you that perfect butt that makes it look like jeans were made for you!

You have the option of using an extra dumbbell in this workout – as always, do this routine at whatever fitness level you are at. If it’s too easy, use a heavier weight. Too hard, drop the weight completely!
