Today, we are talking about push-ups. There are hundreds of different ways to do a push-up – which is one of the reasons I love them so much! You can really get a full upper body workout just by doing push-ups. You will also scorch hundreds of calories doing that! This video takes you through beginner push-ups to the most advanced.
