Non-Stop Total Body Workout

Welcome to Day 7 of the #25DaysofMFit! If you’re new here, this is my annual holiday workout challenge. For this challenge, I will be posting a new workout video everyday for the next 25 days. These workouts will only be 15-minutes long. So, if you are busy or just don’t want to spend a lot of time working out, this challenge is for you! Today we are doing a non-stop total body workout.

I love doing non-stop workouts like this. There is something energizing about a quick, jam-packed routine like this one. I hope you like it as much as I do.

You will need a light set of weights for this workout. However, if you do not have dumbbells, you can easily hold on to some water bottles or canned food instead. If you are looking to invest in some fitness equipment for the holidays, check out the MFit Amazon store.

Alternating Back Lunge Press (20 reps)
Pulsing Lunge, right (15 reps)
Lunge to Sumo to Balance (10 reps)
Balancing Overhead Tricep Extension (20 reps)
Oil Rig Pulses (20 reps)
Back Lunge Leg Lift, right (15 reps)
* Repeat all exercises on other leg

Skull Crusher Curl (20 reps)
Curl to Windshield (15 reps)
Windshield Reach (15 reps each)
Field Goal Oblique Crunch (20 reps)
