Beginner Arm Workout

I post a lot of challenging at-home arm workouts on the MFit YouTube channel. Today I want to slow things down and take you through a beginner arm workout. This workout may be shorter and simpler than some of my other videos, but it is still extremely effective.

Today we will focus on doing each exercise correctly so you feel all the right muscles. This beginner arm workout will strengthen your shoulders, triceps, chest, and back.
