This lower body workout is perfect for all of you at-home exercisers because you don’t need any real equipment. Instead, today I’m going to show you how to use common household objects to make your workout more challenging. I will be using one chair, a few textbooks, and some filled wine bottles for this workout. You can grab the same things or similar objects to make this workout easier to follow.
As always you can opt to use no additional equipment and that is fine. Work at your own fitness level and you will continue to grow and be able to add extra resistance in the future.
