This 18-minute video will take you through a series of stretches that will leave you feeling rejuvenated.
I created this stretch routine for all levels. Each stretch is easy to understand and simple to follow. However, simple does not mean easy. Each stretch will take some effort and may hurt a little if your muscles are tight. But that’s why we must do routines like this!
Stretching is so important! Your body needs to stretch and move everyday. If you fail to follow a regular stretch routine, you may experience joint aches and pains that could have been prevented.
