Family Cardio Workout

Merry Christmas! Welcome back to Day 25 of the #25DaysofMFit. This is the LAST day of the workout challenge! Congratulations on making it this far! Work hard and have fun today because this is it. Today we are doing a family cardio workout!

Get the whole family involved in today’s workout. This cardio routine is low impact, so no jumping, and easy to follow along with. Have fun with it and don’t take it too seriously. I want you to work hard today, but more importantly, I want you to enjoy yourself.
