It is wedding season, and whether you are attending a wedding or not it is time to get in shape! Use this workout series to help you get in shape for an upcoming event, big or small.
To start things off, I have a total body cardio workout for you. This workout will include a mix of cardio and strength training.
The cardio portion will be 4-minutes of the following exercises:
Climber Switch-Ups x 8
Burpee x 10
Squat Jump x 15
Shuffle Tap x 20
