This is truly THE do-anywhere upper body workout. You do not need any equipment for this 20-minute arm killer. Whether you’re traveling, working out at home or outdoors — you have no excuses, it’s time to work that upper body!
If you want to add weights to this workout, you may. But be aware that we are doing a high number of reps for each of these exercises, and you will want to reduce the amount of reps you do (if you choose to use weights).
