Welcome to DAY 3 of your 12 Days of Fitness. Today we are working your butt. This is a challenging glute workout, and you will probably be sore tomorrow.. BUT you will thank me later when your booty is feeling nice and firm. These exercise will help lift your butt – it won’t necessarily make it bigger or smaller. This workout is meant to tone the butt. Pair this workout with a clean diet and cardio (like day 1 of the 12 days of fitness) for the best results!
