Another exercise breakdown for you! Today we are talking about burpees. There are lots of variations you can do with burpees, so if one is too challenging or too easy you can always switch to another. No burpee is easy. In fact, burpees can really suck, but they are SO good for you. Burpees burn so much fat because of how many different muscles they engage!
