Ultimate Arm Shaper

Welcome to Day 5 of the #25DaysofMFit! If you’re new here, this is my annual holiday workout challenge. For this challenge, I will be posting a new workout video everyday for the next 25 days. These workouts will only be 15-minutes long. So, if you are busy or just don’t want to spend a lot of time working out, this challenge is for you! Today we are doing the ultimate arm shaper workout.

Grab a light set of dumbbells for this workout! When I say light, I mean light. I am only using 2lb weights for this routine. We will be doing a lot of unique exercises, so please choose a weight that you can safely move in all different directions. If you do not have dumbbells at home, use water bottles instead!

Quick warm-up (follow along with video)

Do 1 set of the following:
Walk Arms (20 slow reps)
Standing Tricep Press (30 reps)
Tricep Circle (20 reps)
Tricep Kickbacks (20 reps)
One arm static, other arm kickback (15 reps each)
Skull Crusher Curl (20 reps)
Curl to Windshield (15 reps)
Windshield Pulse (20 reps)
Conductor (10 reps)
T Curl (15 reps)
T Curl to Lateral Tricep Extension (10 reps)
Lateral Tricep Extension (15 reps)

Do 2 sets of the following:
Tap & Press (30 seconds)
Upper Cuts (30 seconds)
