Who is Molly?

Molly is the founder and lead trainer of MFit Workouts! She started the company in 2013 and in 2019 evolved her programs to go beyond workouts. Now, she helps clients adjust their habits, nutrition, and workouts to support mental health, hormone balance, and lasting fat loss.

Having personally struggled with anxiety, hormone imbalances, injuries, and joint pain, Molly knows firsthand how frustrating “traditional” workouts can feel. That’s why every program she creates is designed to leave you feeling better… not burnt out. You can learn more about Molly’s credentials RIGHT HERE

What's the difference between each program?

The chart below will break down the main differences between the three signature programs: On-Demand Membership, the MFit Workout Collective and Custom Programming.

You’ll notice the main differences are the level of support you get and personalization of the program.

Custom Programming has options for fitness-only or hormone-focused coaching. See the difference HERE.

How is MFit different than other home workout programs?

Unlike most fitness programs that spike your cortisol and leave you drained, MFit is built to support your hormones and calm your nervous system.

You’ll not only get safe, effective workouts, but also tools to help you build habits and shift your lifestyle outside the gym — so you can feel calmer, stronger, and finally see results that last.

More common questions

You can do many MFit workouts by using bodyweight only. Some options include light to moderate dumbbells, resistance bands, or a mat… but modifications are always provided. You don’t need a home gym to get results.

The MFit method is all about starting slow and building. So start with just one workout a week. Most members eventually build to 3-4x.

Because the workouts are short (under 30 minutes) and designed to calm your nervous system, you’ll see results without spending hours training.

Molly is a corrective exercise specialist and deals with injuries and joint pain all the time, so you’re in good hands.

MFit programs are joint-friendly and low impact. If you have a specific injury, modifications are provided to keep movements safe. In Custom Programming, we build your plan entirely around your needs.

Congrats! Many MFit clients are pre- or postpartum. The focus on hormone balance, low-impact movement, and nervous-system support makes these programs safe and supportive during this season of life.

I recommend booking a personal training call with Molly to get further advice on how to modify your workouts to meet your current needs.

That’s exactly who MFit was created for. Workouts meet you where you’re at, with plenty of beginner-friendly options. You’ll never be pushed to exhaustion — instead, you’ll build consistency, confidence, and energy at your own pace.

Just 20–30 minutes. MFit workouts are designed to be quick but powerful, giving you the benefits of training without overloading your schedule (or your stress hormones).

Also! We don’t expect you to workout daily. You’ll learn simple daily habits and incorporate structured exercise in your routine just a few days a week.

You won’t get a strict meal plan here. Instead, I’ll help you build sustainable nutrition and lifestyle habits that support your hormones and fat loss goals. This means learning what works for your body instead of following a one-size-fits-all diet.

You’re not alone — most of my clients come to me after years of “doing everything right” without results. That’s because most programs ignore stress, hormones, and nervous system balance. I take a health-detective approach to uncover what’s really going on so your workouts, habits, and body finally start working together.
