Hi, I’m Molly! I’m a Los Angeles–based personal trainer and hormone health coach, and the founder of MFit Workouts. Since 2013, I’ve been helping women break free from the cycle of stress-driven exercise and discover a way of living that truly supports their bodies.
I’m not just here to hand you a workout — I’m here to help you uncover what’s really keeping you stuck. Think of me as your health detective: together we’ll fine-tune your movement, build sustainable habits, and bring your hormones and nervous system back into balance.
My mission is simple: to help you feel confident, strong, and at ease in your own skin. Through my signature Safe Burn Method, I teach short, effective, stress-conscious workouts and lifestyle shifts that leave you energized (not exhausted) so health can finally fit seamlessly into your life.
For years, I did everything “right”
Long, intense workouts, strict diets, pushing myself harder and harder. But instead of feeling fit, I felt drained, anxious, and stuck in a cycle of weight fluctuations and burnout.
The truth? I wasn’t broken. My body was just stressed — and no one had ever shown me how to truly support it. Once I learned how to shift my workouts, adjust my habits, and tune into my hormones, everything changed. My energy came back, my body leaned out, and for the first time, I actually felt in control.
That’s the approach I bring into every MFit program. Yes, you’ll get smart, sustainable workouts… but I’ll also help you uncover the hidden stressors, habits, and imbalances that are holding you back. I love digging into the root cause, connecting the dots, and giving you practical steps so you can finally feel and see lasting results.
