My MFit home workout videos are the perfect blend of high intensity and low impact. These workouts will challenge you, while keeping your body safe and healthy. Each workout I create combines strength training with cardio and stretching to give you incredible, long-lasting results. You can easily do these workouts at home with minimal workout equipment. I film all of the workouts in my small apartment with light dumbbells and resistance bands.
You don’t need fancy equipment or an expensive gym membership to do my workout plans. I’ll bring the gym to you.
