I’ve lived with chronic stress and anxiety for most of my life. But about seven years ago, it completely took over.

I was 30lbs heavier, having daily panic attacks, sleeping terribly, feeling constantly bloated, and totally disconnected from my body. It felt like I was doing everything “right,” but my body was shutting down.

What I didn’t realize at the time was that the intense workouts I was doing were pushing my body deeper into survival mode – making my cortisol spike and fat loss impossible.

Once I understood that, everything changed.

Now, I help others reset their bodies by calming the nervous system, lowering cortisol, and using workouts that restore balance instead of creating more stress.
